Rabindra Nagar natyaayudh arranges different types of theatre workshops. We have organized ‘Kalaripayttu’ (mother of martial arts in Kerala)Workshop, “Site-Specific Theatre Workshop”, “Mime Workshop”and production based“Chhau Dance Workshop”. Eminent theatre personalities have helped us earlier to presenting theatre workshops in previous years. Now we are organizingan“Intensive Theatre Workshop”based on BODY ALPHABET WITH FIVE SENSES on every Sunday to explore unique theatre techniques.Participants become aware of their physical language and after that try to express different forms of emotions.

Acting is not just performance — it’s a journey of self-discovery.
It cannot be mastered in a day; it demands patience, dedication, and guidance. Many of us feel the spark for acting — inspired by a play, a film, or a remarkable performer — but without proper training, direction, and confidence, that spark often fades away.

In this Special Theatre Acting Workshop, you will explore the art and craft of acting through theory and hands-on practice, guided by experienced mentors. Learn the four classical forms of acting from Indian dramaturgy — Āṅgika (physical), Vācika (verbal), Sāttvika (emotional), and Āhārya (costume & set) — and discover how they come together to create powerful, lifelike performances.

What you will learn:
✨ Body language, gestures, and expressions for impactful stage presence
✨ Voice modulation, dialogue delivery, and emotional expression
✨ Sāttvika techniques to evoke genuine emotions on stage
✨ Character building, improvisation, and script analysis
✨ Costume, makeup, and stage design to enhance your performance

Why join this workshop?
✔ Blend of classical and modern acting techniques
✔ Practice-based learning aligned with Performing Arts university syllabus
✔ Regular evaluation every 6 months
✔ Certificate & mark sheet upon course completion

Step into the world of theatre, break your limitations, and bring characters to life with authenticity and depth.
